BetRegal strives to have your withdrawal request processed and delivered as fast and efficiently as possible.
General withdrawal information:
Requests for withdrawals should be made through the Website. The BetRegal staff is not allowed to place the withdrawal request for a player.
To make a withdrawal request at BetRegal, an account needs to at least have made one successful deposit to the account.
Bonuses and winnings may be requested in the form of a withdrawal after the rollover requirement of every active bonus has been completed.
Deposits may be withdrawn before a player’s rollover requirements have been completed. Nonetheless, all bonuses and winnings will be voided/taken out from the player’s account. Players should contact our Client Care department to make this request.
The minimum amount for all withdrawal methods is 10 CAD.
Withdrawals can be requested online 24/7. However, they will be authorized once Management has reviewed such requests. Scheduled times for these requests will be from 7 A.M. PST until the start of the game or halftime of the latest major North American event (CFL, NHL, NBA, NFL, MLB, NCAAF, or NCAAB). Any requests submitted outside the hours of operation will be reviewed the following day.
Once a payout is approved it may take up to 5 business days for the funds to reach your bank account. If the payout has not been received within that period, please contact the BetRegal Client Care department through email or live support.
When a withdrawal to the original deposit method cannot be processed, BetRegal will contact you in order to find alternative methods to continue with the withdrawal process.
Withdrawal requests can only be issued to the account holder’s name.
BetRegal players can request no more than 10.000 CAD per method each week. If a player is requesting more than 10.000 CAD, the excess amount will be credited back to the account and the player will have the ability to withdraw the funds the next week or through a different method.
Withdrawals surpassing more than 2.000 CAD in a period of a hundred and eighty days (180) will require extra validation measures; including verification of ID, age, and address. BetRegal claims all authority to convey such validation procedures for payouts of lower amounts.
BetRegal may request other types of documentation to handle your withdrawal request. We might ask you to sign a form specifying your past deposits to your BetRegal account. In this way, withdrawal periods are subject to the confirmation status of the players. When a withdrawal has been approved, players can expect the funds within 0-5 business days, sooner rather than later.
BetRegal maintains the authority to postpone or stop the processing of a withdrawal request until conclusive approval has been obtained for any extraordinary deposit transactions.
No promotions or bonuses will be given whenever funds have been withdrawn and have the status of “pending” in the player’s account. This ruling will be active until that withdrawal has been either approved or denied.
Withdrawals will be credited to the player’s initial deposit method, except if an alternative is offered by BetRegal. If you can’t request your withdrawal through your initial deposit method, please contact the BetRegal Client Care department.
Credit/Debit Cards Exceptions:
MasterCard: Due to issuing banks’ regulations; in some cases, BetRegal is not able to credit funds back to your MasterCard.
Visa: Due to issuing banks’ regulations; in some cases, BetRegal is not able to credit funds back to your Visa card.
